DSCR Loan

Designed for Rental Property Investors.

  • Short-Term Rentals: Allowed (AirDNA reports accepted)
  • DSCR Options:
    • DSCR < 1.0
    • No DSCR options available

  • Draw Requirements: Minimum initial draw 80%
  • Payment Terms: Interest-only during draw period
  • Usage: No restrictions on fund use
  • Loan Terms:
    • 15 years (3-year draw, 12-year repay)
    • 20 years (5-year draw, 15-year repay)
    • 25 years (10-year draw, 15-year repay; not allowed on bank statements)
  • Credit Score: Minimum 700 (Max CLTV 85%)
